We are pleased to donate 25% of the net proceeds from all our t-shirt sales to Silent Spring Institute,
a leading scientific research organization dedicated to uncovering the environmental causes of breast cancer.
Like too many people,
our lives have been personally touched by breast cancer. Dorian was diagnosed at age 26, after discovering
a lump in her own breast. We feel extremely lucky that since treatment, she has been in remission.
Cancer rates around the world continue to rise, and we see Silent Spring as one of the smartest, most strategic organizations confronting the epidemic with a focus on the environmental causes of cancer. Donating to cancer advocacy and prevention organizations has been part of our mission since the very first I Love Female Orgasm t-shirt we sold. We previously raised over $50,000 for Breast Cancer Action, which did great work for many years and has now transitioned to become part of Suffolk University's Our Bodies, Ourselves Today. We continue to donate 10% of our book author's royalties to Our Bodies, Ourselves Today.
